I had a generally positive experience at Centara Grand At CentralWorld. The location is unbeatable, situated above a major shopping center, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did find some aspects needing improvement, like certain furniture and fixtures appearing tired. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a solid stay, though I would say the hotel lacks a bit of character.
