I adored the seamless access to the shopping mall. The fitness center was really nice. I especially enjoyed the available fitness classes. I also appreciated the excellent instructor.
I found the A/C to be quite loud, even at its lowest settings. It made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The breakfast spread was quite diverse. It offered a range of continental items. There were also many Asian dishes, which I liked. I thought the selection of fruits and pastries was expansive.

The staff proved friendly. They were quick to address any needs or requests. I appreciated their helpfulness throughout my stay. I valued their professional approach very much.

The gym had modern equipment and free classes. The pool area included comfortable loungers and umbrellas. I liked the convenience of direct access to the shopping center. It was very simple to get there.

the room was a beautiful king. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. we loved the big windows, but the soundproofing was amazing!
the air conditioning was quite loud even at the lowest fan setting.

overcrowded breakfastworn equipment
The breakfast area felt overcrowded at times. finding a clean table was a challenge during peak hours. Some staff seemed overwhelmed. also, the gym was smaller than expected. there were only a few treadmills available, and the equipment showed wear and tear.
